When you use the contact page to reach us, or send an email to a Loans Plainly contact address, the following applies:
What we collect: The information you provide in your message - typically your name, email address, and the content of your inquiry. We do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or loan application information through our contact system.
Why we collect it: To read and respond to your inquiry.
How it is stored: Contact submissions and emails are stored in the email and contact management systems used by the operator, SaasAppify LLC. These systems are standard business communication tools and are not loan processing systems.
Who sees it: Members of the Loans Plainly team responsible for responding to inquiries. Contact data is not sold or shared with advertisers, lenders, or data brokers.
How long it is retained: Contact messages are retained as long as they are reasonably needed for business communication purposes. We do not have a fixed deletion schedule for general inquiries, though we aim to handle inquiries promptly and do not maintain indefinite archives.
What to include and not include: Please do not include sensitive financial information - Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax document details - in a contact message. We are a financial education site and cannot use that information for any productive purpose. If you include sensitive financial information in a contact message, we will not use it and will ask you to resubmit your question without it.
