Loan request disclaimer

This disclaimer explains the optional loan request layer on Loans Plainly and the limits that apply when a visitor uses a third-party lender network form.

Loans Plainly publishes general financial education. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice, a loan offer, a lender quote, or an approval decision.

Not a lender

Loans Plainly is not a lender, bank, credit union, loan broker, loan marketplace operator, servicer, underwriter, or credit decision maker.

Loans Plainly does not approve, deny, originate, fund, service, broker, or underwrite loans.

Third-party lender network

If a loan request form appears, the service may connect visitors with a third-party lender network. Lenders in the network may review your information and may present terms.

Lenders may provide amounts from $100 to $5,000. Availability, terms, and amounts depend on lender review, state limits, and other criteria.

State limits

The optional loan request service is not available to users from Arkansas, New York, Vermont, or West Virginia.

Do not use the loan request form if you are located in a state where the service is unavailable.

Cost and repayment review

Short-term loans can be expensive and should be used responsibly. Review APR, finance charge, fees, payment schedule, late or non-payment consequences, credit score impact, renewal policy, and lender terms before accepting any offer.

Loans Plainly calculators and guides are educational. They do not replace lender disclosures or professional guidance for your situation.
